Refund Policy

Tactical Playground HQ products are created using print-on-demand production. Each item is custom-made when an order is placed. Because of this process, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been submitted.
 

Non-Refundable Purchases
All items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue with their order. Claims must include the order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
 

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with our print-on-demand partners to provide a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds will only be considered if a replacement cannot be provided.
 

Timeframe for Reporting Issues
You must report problems with your order within 7 days of receiving it. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
