Orders and Payments
When you place an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is required at the time of order using the payment options shown at checkout. Orders must be paid in full at checkout using the payment options shown on the site, which may include credit cards, debit cards, and other methods supported by our payment processors.Prices may change without notice.
Production and Shipping
All products are made to order through fulfillment partners such as Printify and Wix Stores. Production begins after your payment is confirmed. Processing typically takes 3 to 7 business days. Shipping times depend on the fulfillment provider and the delivery address. Tactical Playground HQ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
Refunds and Returns
Because items are custom-made, there are no returns or exchanges. Refunds are only issued if the item arrives damaged or defective. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number along with photos of the problem.
Intellectual Property and Copyright
All content on the site, including product designs, images, videos, logos, and written materials, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without written permission from Tactical Playground HQ
Warranties
Tactical Playground HQ warrants that products will be free from manufacturing defects upon delivery. No other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are provided unless required by law.
