Tactical Playground HQ uses print-on-demand production through platforms such as Printify and Wix Stores. Each product is made to order once payment is confirmed. Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed.

Processing Time
Production typically takes 3 to 7 business days. The exact timeframe depends on the product, order volume, and the specific supplier used. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information is sent once the order leaves production.

Shipping Timeframes
Delivery times are determined by the production and shipping networks of our fulfillment partners.
United States: 5 to 10 business days after production
International: 10 to 30 business days after production

Delivery may take longer if there are delays with the carrier, customs clearance, seasonal demand, or supplier availability.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Rates are based on the fulfillment partner’s pricing, the destination, and the order’s weight. For international orders, customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees.
 

No Refunds or Returns
Because all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds are not issued unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Customers must report any issues within 7 days of delivery and include the order number and clear photos of the problem.
 

Order Issues
For lost, damaged, or incorrect orders, contact tacticalplaygroundhq@gmail.com. We will coordinate with the fulfillment partner to provide a replacement when appropriate.
 

Service Interruptions
Production or delivery may be delayed by issues affecting our print providers, shipping carriers, or other external factors. Customers will be notified of significant delays when possible.
