For this episode of Tactical Playground HQ, Paige-Chan steps into one of the most demanding movement drills in competition shooting a variation of the legendary Suicide Squad Drill, created by USPSA Grand Master DeShaun Jenkins.

But this time, she ups the difficulty.

Instead of the traditional double-tap format, Paige challenges herself to run the entire drill using single shots only. That means no safety net, no makeup round, and no time to settle in. Every target requires a clean hit on the first attempt while she sprints between positions, fights rising heart rate, and tries to maintain control when everything in her body says rush.

This drill is a test of speed, precision, and mental discipline. It punishes hesitation, magnifies sloppy movement, and forces shooters to stay calm under pressure, exactly the kind of training that sharpens match day performance.
